SFVA Crafters for Children

Thank you for your interest to be part of our first-ever SFVA Crafters for Children in partnership with the Children's Hospital of Richmond at VCU. This program is 100% voluntary as an option and avenue for you to find a home for your lovely creations while supporting children.

By signing up here, you are expressing your intent to participate in the program by providing an item(s) to be auctioned off to the public with 100% of proceeds benefitting youth. 70% of all proceeds will be donated to the Children's Hospital of Richmond at VCU and 30% of proceeds will be donated to the SFVA Youth Scholarship Program. SFVA staff will coordinate the online auction and will facilitate the sale, all participants will be notified of the sale's progress.

Please note, donated items participating in a State Fair 2023 Competition Class will be advertised as such during the fair to highlight their participation in the auction.

If you are donating an item that is competing in an arts competition, all competition entry deadlines and deliveries are applicable. If you are donating a separate item, please deliver your item to The Meadow Event Park, 13191 Dawn Blvd (Attn: Sarah Jane), Doswell, VA, 23047 no later than Monday, September 18.
