Heritage Village takes fairgoers on a walk back in time to explore the dramatic changes in technology and lifestyles that have transpired. See tractors, steam engines, tools and children’s toys that have been used in Virginia since the early 1900s.
Daily demonstrators display a variety of trades that have been practiced for centuries. This years’ include a blacksmith, a glass blower, and a banjo maker. Also, featured is a wool spinner with 50 years’ experience in producing fibers.
Check the front porch of Meadow Pavilion throughout the fair for talented artists from The Crooked Road that will be performing.
