State Fair Vendors

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for the 2026 State Fair of Virginia! The State Fair sees an estimated 240,000-250,000 people in ten days.

Applications for the 2026 State Fair of Virginia, September 25 - October 4, are now available.

Vendors will be notified of their application status.

Please note that vendors will only receive emails from a State Fair of Virginia/Meadow Event Park employee with a valid email address. If an email address looks suspicious, please contact our Manager of Vendor Sales and Rental Services Assistant immediately at 804-994-2830.
