It’s a new name and new home – the fifteenth annual Meadow Highland Games features two days of “Music. Food. Large Men Throwing Stuff.” Competition abounds with the best athletes from around the world in the North American Highland Games Championships, along with Dance, Fiddle and Harp Competitions. Celebrate Celtic heritage with a Parade of Clans and Societies, pipe bands, living history encampments, Dogs of the British Isles Parade, and genealogical information. Enjoy traditional music and Celtic Rock on two entertainment stages all weekend, shopping with over 60 vendors and authentic food and drink. Dogs are welcome.

Charitable Donation Requests:
Thank you for your interest in SFVA, The Meadow Event Park and the SFVA Events: Strawberry Hill Races, State Fair of Virginia and Meadow Highland Games & Celtic Festival. We are committed to being a part of the communities across the Commonwealth of Virginia. Requests for donations must be submitted in writing 30 days prior to a fundraising event. Include the organization name, contact information, purpose for donation, and any public exposure donators will receive.

Please note due to the volume of requests received, SFVA is unable to honor every request for a donation. A request does not guarantee a donation will be made.
